Body Sculpt - Tone for the Summer!

Body Sculpting by Jazzercise is a muscle toning workout featuring a creative combination of strength training movements and stretching using core, weights and tubes. Perfect to get that body toned for the Summer!

Tuesday's

6.30 - 7.15 pm

Venue: Labour Hall, Witham

Price: Upgrade your VIP to VIP+ at £24.00 a month and attend as many body sculpt classes in a month or £6 per session

Stay on for the Regular class at 7.30 pm to give your body a fantastic workout.

Lets give your upper-middle and lower body a complete makeover, blended in with some of the great fun workouts brought to you by Jazzercise over the past 40 years taught by some of the top Jazzercise instructors throughout the UK.

Prices based on half board plus disco in the evenings with fun Saturday Night Theme:

Twin - £165 per person
Single - £185 per person
Triple - £150 per person

Weather Policy

Whilst we always try to keep Class cancellations to an absolute minimum, bad weather may force us to cancel classes for safety reasons.
